Sales Agreement
Statement of Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Special Orders, Warranties and Returns
Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse stands behind our entire line of merchandise. To ensure complete customer satisfaction and continued customer patronage, we offer the following merchandise return and exchange policy.
All specially reduced SALE ITEMS are final non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, (excludes SALE ITEMS) please return the item accompanied by your receipt within twenty-four (24) hour of the original purchase and we will refund the original purchase price, exchange it, or extend store credit to you in the amount of the returned item as indicated on your receipt. If the twenty-four (24) hour return period has lapsed, you may exchange the item, accompanied by your receipt within five (5) days of the original purchase for another item of equal value or may receive store credit (good for one year) to be used for the purchase of other merchandise available at Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse.
Due to the unconditional commitment Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse must make to the craftsmen and suppliers of our fine-quality merchandise, the sale of specialty items, items not regularly carried in stock, and special order items are unconditional and final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you as our valued customer.
All special orders require a deposit of 50%. The remaining balance due on your special order is due upon delivery. In the event you wish to cancel your special order Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse will make every effort to do so, but in the event your order has been started in production your order will not be cancelled. If the manufacturer offers a re-stocking policy it will be passed along to you, our valued customer.
Limited Warranties
We warranty our products purchased through our vendors, only and up to their limited warranty policies.
Exclusive Obligation – Under no circumstances, whether based on limited warranty or otherwise, shall Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse be liable for incidental, special or consequential damage.
Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use or handling of the products: neglect, commercial, rental or leasing, destruction caused by normal wear, or against defects or damage arising from improper installation (when installed by persons other than Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse). Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse passes on to the buyer the warranty (if any) from the maker. This warranty also does not apply to products upon which repairs have been made or attempted by persons other than Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse.
Other Statements – Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse employee’s, representative’s or manufacturers oral or written statements do not constitute warranties, should not be relied upon by buyer and are not a part of the contract for sale of this limited warranty.
Entire Obligation – This limited warranty states the entire obligation of Cedar Creek Interiors of Grand Traverse, with respect to the product manufactured, distributed or sold. If any part of this limited warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
